RETURNS POLICY

Returns will be accepted only if any items are incorrect or faulty and are returned within 7 working days of delivery date. 

All returned items have to be received by Xenia Joakim in their original condition before we can process your refund.

 In case incorrect or faulty items are delivered, the client has the option to return them, by the same shipping method/company and the shipping costs will be covered by Xenia Joakim. The new items will be delivered at no extra cost. 

The original shipping cost charged to the consumer is non-refundable.
